Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds can be made, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1.1 Fresh Produce:
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, eggs, and meat, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, refunds or store credits may be issued under the following conditions:

Quality Concerns::
If you receive fresh produce that is damaged or spoiled upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the product’s condition and may request a return of the item for inspection. Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.
1.2 Processed Products:
Processed products, such as packaged goods and preserved items, may be returned within three (3) days of purchase if they meet the following criteria:
a)
The product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
b)
The product has not been used or tampered with.
c)
Customers are responsible for the return unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
1.3 Perishable Products
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for perishable products due to their short shelf life. However, in the following cases, refunds may be issued:
a)
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct items to be shipped or issue a full refund or store credit.
b)
Product Spoilage: If the fresh produce spoils before its expected shelf life, and you can provide evidence of proper storage, we may issue a refund or store credit.
1.4 Livestock: We do
not offer refunds or exchanges on live animals except if it’s an error from our
end.
2.1 Special Considerations
In exceptional cases, such as natural disasters, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer refunds or store credits at our discretion. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders and special products that are made-to-order.
Products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
Gift and promotional items.
3.1 Initiating a Return

3.2 Shipping Returns

4.1 Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within three (3) business days.
4.2 Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the price of the returned product(s) but will exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
